ABOUT
Lakshya (Elouise) is a Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, and Postnatal Yoga teacher who’s been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2010. She’s led over 25 transformative retreats in beautiful spots around the world, blending yoga, Vedic wisdom, Sanskrit, and mantra chanting to create experiences that nourish at all levels.
Her approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that it’s not just about physical postures, but about guiding individuals on their unique journeys and helping them reconnect with their inner selves. Through her teachings, Elouise creates nourishing spaces for people to explore deep self-awareness, healing, spiritual growth, and new connections and community. She regularly holds courses and workshops about the transformative power of Sanskrit and mantra chanting. She helps students and yoga-teachers alike understand the significance of Sanskrit in yoga and learn how mantra practice can deepen their connection to the ancient wisdom of the Vedas.
