My name is Elouise Erlings (Lakshya)

I'm a yoga teacher and Sanskrit, Mantra & Vedanta educator, dedicated to sharing the timeless wisdom of the Vedic tradition in an authentic and accessible way.

For over 16 years, I have been teaching yoga, specializing in traditional hatha yoga, yin, prenatal and postnatal yoga, while also sharing Vedic wisdom. My teaching is rooted in years of traditional study in India, and a deep respect for preserving these teachings as they have been passed down through the tradition.

Today I guide students and yoga teachers through Sanskrit pronunciation, mantra chanting and Vedic wisdom, alongside yoga classes, workshops and retreats that honour the depth of this tradition while making it relevant to modern life.
